What we do

Developer


The developer is the engine and foundation stone of the Group.

Its first project for the group was the construction of 20 luxury villas on the VASARI - LA ALZAMBRA residential development, situated next to Puerto Banús, chosen for the outstanding location and high work quality on the urbanization, despite its arid and desert-like appearance.

Following the resounding success of the first development, other townhouse, shopping centre and apartment projects have been carried out on the same urbanization.

Today, this residential development, with its high quality of building, landscaping and general design, has become one of the most prestigious in Marbella and an authentic point of reference on the Costa del Sol as well as the flagship for the company and location for its headquarters.



Real estate projects carried out or under development

  • 1990 Residential development, and sale of land for construction of, 145 apartments on the Los Hidalgos Urbanization (Puerto de la Duquesa) .

  • 1991 Development of “Edificio Centro” consisting of 32 flats and 40 parking spaces as well as two floors of business premises, situated in Sabinillas (Manilva).

  • 1992 Development of “Edificio Marbella” featuring 30 apartments and 24 garages in Sierra Nevada.

  • 1998 Development of “Villas del Puerto”, 20 luxury villas with garden and swimming pool on the Puerto Banús VASARI-LA ALZAMBRA urbanization – all completed and released.

  • 1999 Development of “Colinas del Puerto”, 32 luxury townhouses on the Puerto Banús VASARI-LA ALZAMBRA urbanization –all completed and released.

  • 2000 Development of “Centro Comercial “VASARI CENTER” on the Puerto Banús VASARI-LA ALZAMBRA urbanization –totally completed and released

  • 2001 Development of 2 luxury villas with private garden and swimming pool on the Marbella LA CERQUILLA urbanization, Marbella.

  • 2001 Development of “Centro Comercial “LA ALZAMBRA”, 4000 m2 of business premises and offices, and 72 parking spaces on the Puerto Banús VASARI-LA ALZAMBRA urbanization.

  • 2002 Development of 57 apartments on the Puerto Banús VASARI- LA ALZAMBRA urbanization.

  • 2003 Development of 18 luxury semi-detached houses with private gardens and swimming pools on the VASARI-LA ALZAMBRA urbanization.

  • 2004 Development of 10 luxury semi-detached houses with private gardens and swimming pools on the ALTOS DE PUENTE ROMANO urbanization in Marbella.

  • 2005 Development of the luxury “Vasari Village” complex. 22 apartments on the ALDEA HILLS urbanization in Manilva.

  • 2006 Development of the “Vasari Pueblo Andaluz” complex. 52 town houses and 60 parking spaces in the village of Casares.

  • 2007 Development of 5 luxuxury villas with private gardens and swimming pools on the ALTOS DE PUENTE ROMANO urbanization in Marbella, currently under construction.

  • 2008 Construction of 8 luxury houses with private gardens and swimming pools planned for Benahavís.

  • 2008 Work to commence on a further 7 luxury villas on the ALTOS DE PUENTE ROMANO urbanization in Marbella.
